Atti posted "in as bye", post which I interpreted as him willing to join the tour as substitute. Not having properly checked whether Atti was already in the tour or not, I paired him with Manan who was given the win by his opponent.

Both players will be placed against Byes and pass to the next round (unless new subs come in before the deadline, in which case Manan will be paired against the new sub)

While it is definitely my fault for not checking beforehand, I request the tournament participants to not make useless, ambiguous posts that may end up confusing the hosts. Thank you for the patience.
