The only difference here is one moveslot and item, both serve the same function. Freeze-Dry/Draco Meteor for Dracovish and Expert Belt/Never-Melt Ice for securing the KO on Whimsicott. Boat sorry, but this isn't different enough. The right to this Kyurem goes to DannyDoritos as he posted first.
