No, it is not, and will unfortunately not be for a while yet, as the B-ranks need to be completed first. If you want to do it, you can help get it available sooner by working on the current analyses.
If not this then can I choose victini since it b rank

Not OU C&C Mod, but you can see at the start of this thread in the post made by Jordy, which Pokemon are up for reservation, and which aren't. Currently our program is, that we get out a batch of Pokemon, which can be reserved and then let this batch work out first. If you want to contribute more in the future, stay tuned for a new batch up to reserve and you guys are able to reserve a Pokemon - Hope that helped! :)
There seems to be 0 unreserved? Did anybody claim Ferrothorn?
There are indeed no Pokemon to reserve at this moment, but there will be when the next slate goes up.
Ferrothorn is already in progress.

We're going to be trying something a little bit different! For the next few slates, we're going to roll them out with less Pokemon, but in quicker succession. For the meantime, 4 Pokemon are available for reservation, with one of them having already been reserved prior to DLC1 analyses.
I would like to remind you all to only reserve a Pokemon if you've used it extensively and are familiar with how it works! If any of you have any questions, feel free to ask us, as always!
