Set 2: Shift Gear compensates for its speed and lets it hit hard. Gear Grind is its only STAB, which benefits either from Steelworker or No Guard. Other than this, it's lacking inconsistent coverage if not running No Guard.
Set 3: Spikes is here and so is Rapid Spin. Recover to keep it alive to do either job, and probably attacking with Body Press.
Set 4: Specs has a wide(r) movepool and Steelworker Flash Cannon is tough to take. Sets looking to boost can go with Gear Up (and Plus).
