Description: we make a horse
Justification: it's no secret that the viability of mono-horse builds has drastically fallen off in recent memory. this approach of making a horse would let us explore the trends responsible for the downturn in this classic archetype, ultimately furthering our understanding of the metagame as we aim to return mono-horse back to its glory days.
Questions to be answered:
- how big should the horse be
- is it good or evil ?
- can we ride it

regrettably, the democratic process excluded these moves. i think horsemon will have lots of friends to make it feel better and be jealous of its ability to do lots of high horsepowering, if that helps.can we also add attract, swagger, sleep talk, facade, hidden power and protect to the movepool of our HORSE? those are pretty much universal TM moves and I wouldn't want our HORSE to feel left out and sad :(

About size, I personally think the horse should either be as big as a normal horse or exaggeratedly long, Long Starlight style.

Which is why I believe the Anthrax concept needs to be reworked. Having a (presumably) legendary horse with godly base stats, an almost unstoppable Toxic, and other high BP moves makes it only weak to ghost types, meaning almost every team in the Ubers tier has to run a ghost type of they might get trampled (haha get it) by this horsey.
Would you want our horsey to be the next AG banworthy mon? IDK
My idea is that Anthrax is the same thing as Toxic except it lowers the foe's Def and Sp. Def and can kill Poison/Steel types. It will make Toxapex (and pretty much any other wall) vulnerable to our Horse.
