New Pokémon Name: Tornadus
Stat Changes: 90/95/105/89/100/81 (560 BST)
Typing Changes: Fighting/Flying
Ability Changes: Aerilate/Technician
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Rapid Spin, Fake Out, Roost, Storm Throw, Fell Stinger, Dual Wingbeat, Roost -Aerial Ace, Acrobatics, U-turn, Hammer Arm
What Separates it from Other Forms: Access to Aerilate + Rapid Spin gives Tornadus a Rapid Spin that bypasses Ghost immunity, and Technician allows it to spam Rapid Spin and pick up the Speed boosts. Technician-boosted Hidden Power and Icy Wind is nice, and Technician/Aerilate Fake Out is also cool to chip with. Since it now lacks any reliable Flying-type moves, Tornadus has to either forfeit Technician in favour of Aerilate, run a Special move like Hurricane or Air Slash, or use something ass like Fly. However, if it chooses to run Technician, then Tornadus can run Storm Throw for a 135(i think?) BP STAB move that bypasses Defence boosts, and Fell Stinger to potentially net a +3 Attack boost. The addition of Roost is great for it though, allowing it to remain healthy throughout the match, and Swords Dance gives it sweeping potential as well.
New Pokémon Name: Cummulus
Stat Changes: 130/60/60/90/100/100 (540 BST)
Typing Changes: Flying
Ability Changes: Natural Cure
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Heal Bell, +Roost, +Wish, -Nasty Plot
What Separates it from Other Forms: This aims to be a specially bulky support mon. It has cleric utility with Wish and Heal Bell and can also run U-Turn to pivot and Defog for hazard removal. It can also absorb status relatively easily thanks to Natural Cure. It's locked into boots, but seeing as it likes using u-turn a lot, I don't see it as a huge drawback. So in short, bulky Cleric with pivoting.
Pokémon Name: Thundurus
Typing:
Abilities: Levitate / Cloud Burst*
Cloud Burst: User sets Rain before executing an Electric-type attack.*
Base Stats: 89 HP / 85 Atk / 120 Def / 100 SpA / 95 SpD / 61 Spe [BST: 550]
Moves:
U-Turn, Knock Off
Volt Switch, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Grass Knot, Focus Blast, Weather Ball
Nasty Plot, Taunt, Toxic, Substitute
-Agility
For Thundurus I wanted to go for a situational Rain setter. Something that really makes this stand out is that it could setup Rain as it pivots with Volt Switch. Since it only sets rain before using an electric type move, this means that there will always be a turn where it isn’t under rain, but it isn’t reliant on rain, so this isn’t a big deal. It has nice defense, so it’d be a good defensive rain setting pivot. It also has decent special attack and could make use of fully accurate Thunders since it sets Rain before attacking. This could be nice with Nasty Plot, but it is too slow to outright abuse it. Thundurus also has a more defensive stat spread, so it could potentially take at least one Earthquake/Earth Power.
New Pokémon Name: Thundurus-Therian
Stat Changes: 79 HP / 95 Atk / 90 Def / 135 SpA / 60 SpD / 101 Spe [BST: 560]
Typing Changes:

Abilities: Levitate
Movepool Changes: +Dragon Pulse, +Draco Meteor, +Dragon Claw, +Dragon Dance, +Outrage
What Separates it from Other Forms: Thundurus-Therian is a Glass Cannon through and through, getting by on its good defensive typing + Levitate.
Name: Landorus
New Types:

Base Stats: 86 / 109 / 90 / 85 / 90 / 100 [BST: 560] (-3 HP / -16 Atk / +0 Def / -30 SpA / +10 SpD / -1 Spe)
Abilities: Sand Force, Sheer Force
New Moves: Air Slash, Energy Ball
Removed Moves: Bulldoze, Superpower
Intended Role: Mixed Wallbreaker, Offensive Pivot, Setup Sweeper (SD, BU, CM), Hazard Control (Defog), Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock), Sandstorm Abuser
Role Justification: It’s nidolando! Expansion in special moveset and coverage without overlapping the other weather mons. U-turn for pivot, Defog and Stealth Rock, well, exist. Also, if you don’t go for sheer force for whatever reason and decide to run a sand team eventually, sand force is right there for you to earthquake away. All that and it gets 3 different stat boosting moves depending on what set you want to run.

Pokémon Name: Landorus-Bengal
Typing:JavaScript:landorus-bengal: { num: 1052, // idk what the actual dex number will be when this is coded in, so this is just a filler number types:["Ground", "Flying"], species: "Landorus-Bengal", id: "landorus-bengal", baseStats: {hp: 90, atk: 115, def: 75, spa: 115, spd: 95, spe: 99} abilities: {0: "Intimidate"}, weightkg: 68, },

Abilities: Intimidate / Pack Leader
Base Stats: 90 HP / 115 Atk / 75 Def / 115 SpA / 95 SpD / 99 Spe [BST: 589]If this Pokemon goes first, its attacks deal x1.3 damage.

Notable Moves:
: +Zen Headbutt, +Sky Drop, +Aerial Ace
: +Scorching Sands, +Hurricane, +Air Slash
: +Yawn, +Trick, +Noble Roar, +Roost
Removed Moves:
: -Explosion
: -Psychic, -Sludge Bomb, -Sludge Wave
: -Defog, -Toxic
What Separates it from Other Forms: Normal Landorus-Therian is one of the most obnoxious and notorious pokemon in the competitive scene, with obscene attack, a boatload of utility, intimidate, and more. This forme takes away some of Bengal's bulk, giving it a few more interesting utility moves in Yawn, Trick, and Noble Roar. Yawn can be used to force opponents out, Trick is a good way to cripple Rotom-Fan and the Slowtwins that might stand in Bengal's way, and Noble Roar is an interesting take on weakening strong offensive mons with more interesting utility. Flying STAB on both ends of the spectrum is nice to have, and Bengal loses Psychic for Zen Headbutt. Here's the big addition, roost. Roost might have pushed base Landorus-Therian over the edge, but with Bengal's lower bulk and lack of Defog and Toxic, Bengal can use Roost without it pushing it over the edge. Another interesting addition is Bengal's averaged out power in its offenses in exchange for its new ability. With what is essentially a free Life Orb boost seeming very concerning, it's not as bad as it first seems. With its subpar speed tier in a faster meta like Alternatium, Pack Leader sets are locked into using Choice Scarf if it wants to take advantage of its new ability. This isn't necessarily a drawback, but instead confirms what set your opponent is running if Intimidate doesn't kick in on switch-in. This removes the guessing game that was figuring out what Bengal's set is, making it much more handlable.

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Fancy
Stat Changes: 85/55/70/105/95/90 (490]
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Illusion
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Calm Mind +Psyshock +Confusion +Mystical Fire +Focus Blast -Sleep Powder
What Separates it from Other Forms: Warning- Can make opponents go crazy by trying to guess what it actually is. You know how irl butterflies mimic others patterns to scare away predators? Yeah I based this off that. QD sweeper that uses illusion to bluff its mon to set up. This mon can lure in special walls like Slowking and muk-oilslick, only to let a partner like dugtrio smack them to oblivion so when u come in again u sweep with QD. Rocks counter this p hard so you'd wanna run either double boots are really good hazard control.

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Engineer
Stat Changes: 70/105/95/105/60/90 (525 BST)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Compound Eyes, Galvanize (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Body Slam, +Leech Life, +Quick Attack
+Hyper Voice, +Thunder, +Thunderbolt, +Volt Switch
+Nasty Plot, +Swords Dance, +Whirlwind, -Quiver Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: Decent offensive threat and good support mon rolled into one. Compound Eyes gives it perfect accuracy to Thunder, Sleep Powder, and Stun Spore respectively, while the latter allows it to utilize STAB boosted Galvanize Quick Attack and Hyper Voice to hit through Subs. I was worried it would overlap with one of the Electric type Pikachus, or with Silvally or Thundurus. However, this mon differentiates itself with access to status powders, unique typing combination, and access to phasing like Whirlwind. It also lacks hazards, situational Drizzle, Magic Bounce, or any of the other options other Electric types have.

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Marine (counts as Regular Vivillon, is just how Vivillon looks in my home)
Stat Changes: 100/45/85/95/85/95 (BST 505)
Typing Changes: Flying/Water
Ability Changes: Filter/Compound Eyes/Drizzle (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): -All his Bug moves except QD +Hydro Pump, Surf +Focus Blast
What Separates it from Other Forms: Vivillon, but is a Rain setter and has solid bulk.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Fairy
Stat Changes: 75/40/70/125/70/125 (BST 505)
Typing Changes: Bug/Fairy
Ability Changes: Magic Guard/Tinted Lens/Compound Eyes(HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): -Sleep Powder -Hurricane +Polen Puff +Moonblast +Fire Blast +Focus Blast
What Separates it from Other Forms: Vivillon but it looks more like a Fairy.

These are mostly WIPs, just wanted to get them posted quickly lol
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Brimstone
Stat Changes: 80/90/100/50/100/70 (490 BST)
Typing Changes: Fairy/Flying
Ability Changes: Fairy Dust/Queenly Majesty/Aroma Veil
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Reflect, Sticky Webs, Electroweb, Dual Wingbeat, Lunge, Spirit Break -Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Signal BeamUpon taking damage, all Pokemon on the field (asides from the user) are given the Powder status
What Separates it from Other Forms: Vivillon-Brimstone is a bulky dual screens and Sticky Webs setter with some nice immunities and a few useful abilities that give it different defensive boons. Fairy Dust allows it to mess with Fire-types thanks to the Powder status, Queenly Majesty prevents it from being revenge killed by priority moves, and Aroma Veil grants it an immunity to Taunt and Encore. It also gains some nice supporting moves like Lunge and Spirit Break WIP
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Oakleaf
Stat Changes: 80/52/75/120/75/88 (490 BST)
Typing Changes: Steel/Psychic
Ability Changes: Disguise
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Air Slash, Psyshock, Flash Cannon -Sleep Powder, Hurricane, Signal Beam
What Separates it from Other Forms: A Quiver Dance sweeper with a unique niche in the form of Disguise, allowing it a free turn to revenge kill, set up, or protect itself from being revenge killed. Steel/Psychic is a good typing both offensive and defensively, and with Bug Buzz for coverage allows it to hit every type in the game for neutral damage bar Steel-types. 80/75/75 defences aren't amazing, but they allow it to survive a few hits thanks to its typing, and it can Roost off any serious damage. However, running Roost means it has to drop one of its STAB or coverage moves, which isn't ideal. It could probably run a Choice Scarf set as well, but that's lame who care about that when you have Quiver Dance

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Fancy

Typing Changes: none
Ability Changes: Wonder Skin/Compound Eyes/Forecast* (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Air Slash +Weather Ball +Ice Beam +Earth Power -Stun Spore -Sleep Power -Tailwind -ToxicThis pokemon's secondary type changes to match the current weather condition.
What Separates it from Other Forms: I know alot of people are probably gonna do this forecast thing, but hey im probably gonna be the first one to do it. this one's a quiver dance sweeper, something the other Vivillons just aren't made for.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Gravel
Stat Changes: 80/70/60/95/100/120 (525 BST)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Compound Eyes, Mountaineer* (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):On switch-in, this Pokemon avoids all Rock-type attacks and Stealth Rock.
...
+Air Slash, +Dazzling Gleam, +Focus Blast, +Giga Drain, +Psyshock
+Encore, +Haze, +Trick, -Aromatherapy
What Separates it from Other Forms: Stealth Rock. A Fire, Ice, Flying, and Bug types biggest weakness. Forced to run boots, they cower in fear when the pointed stones enter the field. Well, fear no more! Mountaineer, this makes it a Bug/Flying type that can opt out of boots and actually run a more useful item. Since it opts out of boots, it can act as a good wallbreaker with Choice Specs, Setup with Quiver Dance, or even run a support role with Defog. Sure, other versions of Vivillon can do it aswell, but this version turns it's biggest weakness and need for Rapid Spin or Defog support into a benefit, it can actively even switch into Rock type moves on switch-in, and it allows it to last much longer during a fight than normal. I gave it a bit more of a larger movepool, an actual usable Flying type special move without rain, and a few other support tools like Haze, or Trick.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Marine (counts as Regular Vivillon, is just how Vivillon looks in my home)
Stat Changes: 100/45/85/95/85/95 (BST 505)
Typing Changes: Flying/Water
Ability Changes: Filter/Compound Eyes
Movepool Changes (If Any): -All his Bug moves except QD +Hydro Pump, Surf +Focus Blast
What Separates it from Other Forms: Vivillon, but is a Rain setter and has solid bulk.
These are mostly WIPs, just wanted to get them posted quickly lol
EDIT: Made changes based off G-Luke's review, thanks for the suggestions! Also redid Vivillon-Pokeball because I wasn't very happy with it
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Swallowtail
Stat Changes: 80/51/110/70/60/119 (490 BST)
Typing Changes: Steel/Flying
Ability Changes: Protean/Colour Change
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Body Press, Moonlight -Quiver Dance, Roost
What Separates it from Other Forms: A fast Protean physical wall that can change its typing to better resist its foes. Its starting type of Steel/Flying is excellent, giving it an immunity to Spikes/TSpikes/Sticky Webs and Toxic alongside a Stealth Rock neutrality and some good resistances, and the addition of Moonlight alongside its base movepool allow it to pick its resistances as it wishes. It also has some useful utility moves such as Aromatherapy, Defog, Iron Defense and Toxic, allowing it to take on different roles. However, Vivillon-Swallowtail is pretty passive, as it relies on Body Press and Toxic damage to actually deal damage, and Moonlight isn't an ideal recovery move due to its reduced recovery during weathers other than Harsh Sun. Additionally, its SpDef sucks complete ass lol
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Pink
Stat Changes: 75 / 105 / 110 / 70 / 55 / 140
Typing Changes: Fairy/Water
Ability Changes: Multiscale
Movepool Changes (If Any): Flip Turn, Aqua Jet, Razor Shell, Spirit Break, Heat Crash, -all bug moves, all flying moves, -all grass moves
What Separates it from Other Forms: offensive pivot with a typing and ability combo that does well against Darm and decently against Fantom. Generally uses its high speed and its interesting movepool to weaken potential checks (Razor Shell's 50% def drop and Spirit Break's guaranteed SpA drop) which create opportunities to pivot with Flip Turn. Heat Crash is for Fantom and it uses Multiscale to come in against it.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Fashonista
Stat Changes: 90/100/60/100/60/110 (500 BST)
Typing Changes:/

Ability Changes: Fashion Diva
Movepool Changes (If Any):This Pokemon's primary typing is changed to the type of its first move slot. (Code WIP)
: +First Impression, +False Surrender, +Dragon Claw, +Wild Charge, +Play Rough, +Sacred Sword, +Fire Lash, +Dual Wingbeat, +Shadow Claw, +Leaf Blade, +Drill Run, +Icicle Crash, +Body Slam, +Poison Jab, +Zen Headbutt, +Rock Slide, +Iron Head, +Liquidation
: +Dark Pulse, +Dragon Pulse, +Thunderbolt, +Moonblast, +Aura Sphere, +Flamethrower, +Air Slash, +Shadow Ball, +Earth Power, +Ice Beam, +Hyper Voice, +Sludge Bomb, +Power Gem, +Flash Cannon, +Surf
: +Swords Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: Looking at stats and movepool, Vivillion is a terrifying Quiver Dance sweeper, outspeeding a huge chunk of the metagame at +1, notably Choice Scarf Darmanitan formes, and has perfect coverage to boot. The kicker with Fashionista is its ability, allowing it to change its Flying STAB to any typing of its choice. This combined with its now massive movepool gives it perfect coverage, meaning it can snowball fast. Its held back by its better STAB typings having a Stealth Rocks weakness and an often shoddy defensive typing. Having lower stats prior to Quiver Dancing is also very hurtful, along with having very bad bulk. Its a difficult Pokemon to get in safely and get a Quiver Dance up, but aided by good team support and Sleep Powder, Fashionista has the potential to make or break a game. Fashionista has one more thing helping it, being Swords Dance. With Quiver Dance being such an amazing boosting move, Swords Dance is completely unexpected, but imagine switching into your special wall expecting a Quiver Dance, and the opponent Swords Dances' up and sweeps. Overall, Fashionista is a threatening setup sweeper with a good speed tier and offenses, and the movepool to back it up.
Side Note 1: While perfect coverage with Quiver Dance is concerning, keep in mind all coverage options are below 100 bp.
Side Note 2: Around half of the sets are done, I'll finish the rest later.

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon
Stat Changes: 70 HP / 55 Atk / 120 Def / 110 SpA / 80 SpA / 97 Spe [BST: 529]
Typing Changes: Flying
Ability Changes: Compound Eyes / Shield Dust | HA: Weak Armor
Movepool Changes (If Any): -All Bug type moves, +Nasty Plot, +Mystical Fire, +Air Slash
What Separates it from Other Forms:
This serves the role of pure wallbreaker. A slight alteration of the CS2 variant, its Nasty Plot Hurricane stings like nobody's business, and with Sleep Powder it can put an annoying check to sleep.

Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Spirit
Typing:

Abilities: Shield Dust / Cursed Body / Multiscale
Base Stats: 80 HP / 125 Atk / 95 Def / 55 SpA / 80 SpD / 105 Spe [BST: 540]
Notable Moves:
+First Impression, +Poltergeist, +Shadow Sneak, +Leech Life, +Lunge, U-Turn
…
+Swords Dance, Roost, Substitute, Safeguard
Intended Role: Setup Sweeper (Swords Dance)
For Vivillon-Spirit I went for a Swords Dance sweeper that could use Multiscale to set up when it’s at full hp. While its defensive typing is week, Bug/Ghost synergizes well since Ghost’s only resist (other than Normal’s immunity) is Dark, and the Bug-type is super effective against Dark. It could also be a great revenge killer with First Impression.

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Psychic
Stat Changes: 60/55/80/80/120/120 (515)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Psychic Surge
Movepool Changes: +Expanding Force, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, -Sleep Powder
Reasoning: Set up in the face of Special attackers and fire off Expanding Force to hopefully sweep the opponent. 90 SpA limits it, though, as its coverage moves will be quite weak, and it's reliant on its terrain. The high Speed stat will help Modest or bulkier variants work as it can still hit good +1 Speed tiers without max Speed.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Anxiety
Stat Changes: 110 / 100 / 100 / 80 / 80 / 70 [BST: 540]
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Inner Focus | Aftermath (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Dazzling Gleam, Future Sight, Leech Life, Nasty Plot, Psyshock, Wish
What Separates it from Other Forms: Has a Future Sight + WishTurn with high max HP. Also can setup with NP or QD that's also usable.

Edit: I weakend its stats alot to make it balanced with its good ability and quiver dance.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Fancy
Stat Changes: 85/55/65/95/95/85 (470]

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon
Stat Changes: 90/52/50/101/115/99 (507 BST)
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Fancy
Stat Changes: 90/52/115/80/115/80 (532 BST)
Typing Changes: Bug/Fairy
Ability Changes: Compound Eyes/Pixilate (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Moonblast +Sticky Web +Hyper Voice +Weather Ball -Stun Spore -Quiver Dance -Sleep Powder -Calm Mind
What Separates it from Other Forms: fairy type thats also webs support with long longevity thanks to Roost and its great bulk.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Wave
Stat Changes: 90/65/105/95/110/60 (525 BST)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Compound Eyes, Rain Dish (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Flip Turn, +Leech Life
+Brine, +Giga Drain, +Hydro Pump, +Scald
+Sticky Web, +Whirlwind
What Separates it from Other Forms: A mon that takes advantage of rain well and is a good Sticky Web lead. It's lower Speed allows it to act as a slow defensive pivot, and access to Roost, Sticky Web, and Scald allows it to be a good wall. Calm Mind is also a good option for a setup set, as it has good bulk and a decent Special Attack stat. You could potentially take advantage of Quiver Dance, but the lackluster speed tier could be a problem, so it also appreciates Sticky Web support itself. Lastly, Aromatherapy allows it be a slower cleric, combined with it's lower Speed which allows it to bring in it's teammates safely.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Brimstone
Stat Changes: 100/80/100/50/100/60 (490 BST)
Typing Changes: Dragon/Flying
Ability Changes: Fairy Dust/Queenly Majesty/Aroma Veil
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Reflect, Sticky Webs, Electroweb, Spirit Break, Breaking Swipe -Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Signal BeamUpon taking damage, all Pokemon on the field (asides from the user) are given the Powder status
What Separates it from Other Forms: Vivillon-Brimstone is a defensive utility mon that can take on a large variety of roles. Access to moves like Breaking Swipe and Spirit Break allow it to weaken foes, increasing its defensive power and, alongside dual screens, allow it to tank a lot of hits it otherwise wouldn't. Alternatively, Sticky Webs + Electroweb + Tailwind allow it to act as a speed control mon, while Aromatherapy gives it a more clerical role and Defog is, obviously, Defog. Its three abilities all give it different defensive boosts: Fairy Dust lets it screw with Fire-types, especially if they're choice-locked; Queenly Majesty gives it an immunity to problematic priority moves like Ice Shard and Accelerock; and Aroma Veil gives it a nice Taunt and Encore immunity, which pairs well with dual screens and Stick Webs
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Fancy
Stat Changes: 85/90/80/105/80/100 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Protean
What Separates it from Other Forms: W.I.P.U-turn, Dual Winbeat, Low Kick, Leech Life

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Green
Stat Changes: 75 / 55 / 105 / 140 / 70 / 110
Typing Changes: Flying/Dragon
Ability Changes: Compound Eyes
Movepool Changes (If Any): Focus Blast, Clanging Scales, Flamethrower, Surf, -all bug moves except U-Turn, -Calm Mind, -Roost, -all grass moves
What Separates it from Other Forms: lives a Darm crunch if its wearing HDB and forces it out with Focus Blast. Very strong special wallbreaker. It's also kinda funny against Fantom through Delta Stream giving it an electric resist. Compound Eyes improves its accuracy with Hurricane and Focus Blast (91 acc each). Movepool changes are cool for flavor, but also help it beat both Darm and Fantom.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Fancy
Stat Changes: 100 HP / 65 Atk / 80 Def / 124 SpA / 80 SpD / 80 Spe [BST: 529]
Typing Changes: Bug/Psychic
Ability Changes: Wonder Skin / Swarm | HA: Synchronize
Movepool Changes (If Any): -Hurricane, +Stored Power, +Psyshock, +Aura Sphere
What Separates it from Other Forms: QD Sweeper with a penchant for abusing the one and only Stored Power. I kept it's speed at a low end so it can be revengekilled by our various CS users.
Been a while since I subbed...
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Grass
Stat Changes: 70/65/120/80/80/100 (515)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Contrary
Movepool Changes: +Leaf Storm, Sticky Web,
Reasoning: A Sticky Web setter that has some ability to abuse its own webs with Contrary Leaf Storm. It should have enough checks to keep it focused on setting Sticky Web, but it can still put some pressure on the opponent if it stays alive afterwards.

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Angry
Stat Changes: 110 / 110 / 70 / 110 / 70 / 70 [BST: 540]
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Anger Point | Justified (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Darkest Lariat, Dragon Dance, Fiery Wrath, Knock Off, Leech Life, Outrage
What Separates it from Other Forms: A slow sweeper that'll become faster after setup with DD for physical side and QD for special side.

New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Darkshine
Stat Changes: 88/94/100/67/79/68
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Mirror Armor/Reflective Scales (HA)
(rough skin clone for special moves)
Movepool Changes (If Any): -Hurricane -All Grass Moves -All bug moves except u-turn +Knock off +Dark Pulse +Darkest Lariat +Gyro Ball +Flash Cannon +Foul Play +Steel Beam +Lash Out +Taunt +Nasty Plot +Switcheroo +Fake Tears +Automize +Swords Dance +Iron head +Scale Shot +Steel Roller +Curse +Air Slash
What Separates it from Other Forms: With reflective scales, viv can become an effective wall that a lot of special attackers don't wanna hit in worry of chip. It can also at like SD chomp with swords dance scales hot or double dance sets.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Pokeball
Stat Changes: 90/76/115/101/80/70 (532)
Typing Changes: Bug/Steel
Ability Changes: Compound Eyes/Ball Catcher* (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Flash Cannon +Weather Ball +Shadow Ball +Mist Ball +Aura Sphere +Sludge Bomb -Quiver Dance -Stun Spore -Sleep Powder -Calm Mind -Tailwindthis pokemon's ballistic moves have 1.3x power.
What Separates it from Other Forms: funny ball mon with good coverage and longevity with roost. bulky bug/steel mon
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Toxin
Stat Changes: 80/50/105/95/90/105 (525 BST)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Compound Eyes, Corrosion (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Body Press
+Clear Smog, +Earth Power, +Sludge Bomb, +Venoshock
+Nasty Plot, +Spikes, +Toxic, +Toxic Spikes, +Venom Drench, +Whirlwind, -Quiver Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: The name of the game for this pokemon is simple. Set hazards and spread toxic. Vivillon is proud to be currently the fastest Spikes and Toxic Spikes setter in the meta (title won't be held for long, waiting on the future slates). With decent mixed bulk and access to Toxic and hazards, it can act as a great hazard setter, especially combined with it's good defensive typing, and it can use it's combination of Corrosion and Venoshock to deal massive damage to poisoned foes. Vivillon also has access to Nasty Plot, so it can act as a good setup sweeper. Steel types wall it, so it can run Earth Power to get around that, but this makes Vivillon-Toxin potentially prediction reliant, so watch out for that. Rotom-Fan completely walls this mon, however Vivillon can actually use Body Press to surprising effect, so it can catch even Fan off guard. Don't expect it to do too much damage though. Lastly, with good combined bulk, type combination, and access to Roost and Whirlwind, it can act as a good phaser and wall, spreading it's toxic around while healing and using U-Turn to pivot around potentially dangerous threats.
Toxin lacks the immediate power though to threaten foes directly, which means it's reliant on it's Nasty Plot or crits from Venoshock. It also plays vastly different from the other poison types of the meta, it doesn't have immediate power or great bulk (Muk), it doesn't have an excellent defensive typing or more well rounded defenses and offenses (Muk-Oilslick and Slowking-Galar), and it also lacks any sort of excellent healing ability or unique ability combination (Water Absorb on Poison/Ground, Regenerator/Quick Draw, or Power of Alchemy).
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Robot
Stat Changes: 100/95/115/40/115/30 (BST 505)
Typing Changes: Bug/Steel
Ability Changes: Solid Rock/Sturdy
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Gyro Ball +Swords Dance +Curse +Spikes +Stealth Rock -Roost +Attack Order +Sticky Web
What Separates it from Other Forms: Vivillon but now is more like Forretress.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Monarch
Stat Changes: 80/62/75/100/75/98 (490 BST)
Typing Changes: Steel/Fire
Ability Changes: Magnet Pull
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Air Slash, Flash Cannon, Taunt -Sleep Powder, Hurricane, Signal Beam, Bug Buzz, Psychic, U-turn
What Separates it from Other Forms: Fuck Rotom-Fan, all my homies hate Rotom-Fan. Anyways this mon shits on Steel-types and stallbreaks like a real one. It still has Quiver Dance to sweep and decent enough SpAtt to run a Choice Scarf set, and access to Taunt and Aromatherapy allows it to either stallbreak or act as a cleric for its teammates. Steel/Fire typing gives it an immunity to Toxic and burns, aiding in its stallbreaking tendencies. However, you may have noticed the complete lack of a Fire-type move. This is entirely on purpose and not at all a mistake I made when writing this up. Being forced to rely of HP Fire for an actual Fire-type STAB move blows complete ass, and prevents Vivillon for using HP to patch up its shoddy coverage of Air Slash and Energy Ball. Also its defenses suck so better hope those Steel-types aren't packing Ground-type coverage
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Pokeball
Stat Changes: 85/70/115/70/115/85 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Soccer Play (Bounces back ballistic moves)
What Separates it from Other Forms: W.I.P.Mist Ball, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball
Magic Coat, Healing Wish, Teleport, Heart Swap
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Red
Stat Changes: 75 / 110 / 140 / 55 / 105 / 70
Typing Changes: Fire/Dark
Ability Changes: Magic Guard
Movepool Changes (If Any): Rapid Spin, Fire Lash, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, -all bug moves except U-Turn, -all flying moves, -all grass moves
What Separates it from Other Forms: Offensive and defensive pivot due to Magic Guard and U-Turn. Also offers team support through Fire Lash drops, item removal and spinning. Typing and bulk is also pretty cool for Rotom-Fan. Fire Lash's defense drop makes it an interesting attacker, as it has a drawback free Life Orb to help it hit harder.
Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Combat
Typing:

Abilities: Levitate / No Guard
Base Stats: 100 HP / 55 Atk / 90 Def / 95 SpA / 110 SpD / 90 Spe [BST: 540]
Notable Moves:
U-Turn
+Focus Blast, Hurricane, Bug Buzz, Giga Drain
Quiver Dance, Roost, Substitute, Safeguard
Sleep Powder
Intended Role: Setup Sweeper (Quiver Dance)
For Vivillon-Combat I went for a Quiver Dance sweeper that had a mediocre special attacking stat and defensive typing so that it wouldn’t be too overwhelming with QD, but could take advantage of STAB No Guard Focus Blasts.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Pokeball
Stat Changes: 60/120/80/120/80/55 (515)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Prankster
Movepool Changes: +Strength Sap, Light Screen, Reflect, Copycat, Topsy Turvy, -Safeguard
Reasoning: This thing pairs Prankster with an amazing Status movepool to offset its poor stats. Sleep Powder and Strength Sap allow it to stay alive in order to abuse Dual Screens or Quiver Dance. Copycat also has a lot of applications thanks to its good attacking stats. Overall it's a dangerous and unpredictable pokemon.
New Pokémon Name: Vivillon-Agony
Stat Changes: 110 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 80 [BST: 510]
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Flare Boost / Guts | Solar Power (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Hex, Leech Life, Pain Split, Painful Soul*, Poltergeist, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, -Quiver Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: Being a mix of the above, but also serve as Status Absorber and/or Sun Abuser.Name: Painful Soul
