That's the one night that Dyo has a claimed result, so it seems like if this is an interceptor their night actions were Dyo -> Ryo -> Dyo, unless someone else has had a "no results"

I think the fact that you only received one "no results" with 2 abilities means that the role was directly targeting you, cancelling all ability uses. In that sense, it shouldn't matter who you targeted
I suppose it can't do any harm to claim targets but I also don't think it's relevant, so it's up to you

night results is a flat term for information you would receive during the night, I don't think he did just claim an investigative role
