Doc says he used it on Dyo. There were no kills. simple enough for me.

Right but Nuxl is now saying that he RB’d Dyo, which would mean Dyo either was the kill target or was himself the killer.

Personally I never thought it made any sense that Dyo was a kill target given all the sus on him, so it makes a lot more sense to me that he is a mafia killer.

Plus this way if we get Dyo and he isn’t scum we know we can just pop Nuxl tomorrow.
