M2H was the kill target and scum safeguarded M2H so that doc couldn't save them. Safeguarding would also explain how the kill on Haruno is possible if DLE doc'd them N2. Dyo performed the kill since if they've been told to rolecop someone, surely they won't get roleblocked... right?
