there aren't any subs available, just be patient and they'll either respond or you will get an activity win

Normally its the winner that make the win post buddy and also since replays are not mandatory, you cant show replays of your games unless opp agrees. Guess ill just change teams for next round but dont do that next time :)
Since its two weeks for round1, just wait during the weekend for the host to assign you a sub if there are any. If you dont get any answer from opponent and no subs available. On deadline, you both will be granted activity win.
