SS OU RMT Number 3 With Team Toxtricity

252+ SpA Choice Specs Punk Rock Toxtricity Boomburst vs. 252 HP / 120+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar: 149-176 (37.8 - 44.6%) -- 3.9% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
It goes boom and stuff dies.

Toxtricity @ Choice Specs
Ability: Punk Rock
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Boomburst
- Volt Switch
- Overdrive
- Snarl

You already know what boomburst does. Volt switch grabs momentum while overdrive smashes pokemon like heatran and corviknight who resist normal. Snarl ohkoes dragapult and shedinja. No sludge wave because grass and fairy types get boombursted to oblivion anyway.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip
- Knock Off

Physically defensive ferrothorn helps deal with the garchomps, dragonites, and av melmetals that force toxtricity out. It is also the stealth rocker and power whip helps against the popular rain teams and calm mind tapu fini.

Volcanion @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Steam Eruption
- Flamethrower
- Earth Power
- Sludge Bomb

Jumped all the way from ru to ou, and for a good reason. Water and fire work great together, and water absorb gives immunity to one of the types that otherwise walls volcanion. Sludge bomb over wave to get more poisons, and boots get rid of weakness to rocks, keeping you healthier.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 23 Spe
- Earthquake
- Defog
- U-turn
- Toxic

The so-called king of ou. Pairs well with volcanion, covering its electric and ground weaknesses while having its own ice and water weaknesses handled. Max spdef helps to scout out choiced tapu lele and switch to weavile or volcanion. Honestly don’t remember why there are 23 speed ivs but its probably important.

Tapu Lele @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Focus Miss
- Psychic/Future Sight

Speed control and special attacker that breaks through blissey with ease. Focus miss hits steel types hard, except when it doesn’t hit, so try not to rely on it too much. The last slot is up in the air, but right now I use future sight to break defensive cores.

Weavile @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
- Low Kick
- Swords Dance

Finally, I added weavile for its valuable sheer cold immunity.

Finally, I added weavile as a setup sweeper and offensive knock off user. Icicle crash prevents taking half damage from rocky helmet with triple axel. Low kick over ice shard because of tapu lele’s psychic terrain.

Hey there, nice Team! I love Toxtricity as I have built with it before as well. Just some Minor improvements here:

:toxtricity-low-key: ––> :toxtricity:
This is very minor and most people wouldn‘t think of it but Toxtricity-low-key reveals that you don‘t run the Shift Gear Set since opposed to regular Toxtricity it does not get that particular move, so I‘d suggest running the regular Toxtricity using the same set as you currently do. Also in my opinion it looks way more cool than the low-key version anyways so that‘s that ;D

Other than that I would run Focus Blast over Shadow Ball on Tapu Lele. Shedinja and Jirachi which you named are not an issue at all since literally every mon on your team besides Tapu Lele beats both of those. Furthermore it allows it to not get shit on by Steels. I am more of a Future Sight Fan on scarf Lele but that is really up to you.

But that being said there isn‘t any major issue with the team and it is overall really solid, great job on it :D

I had no idea about the toxtricity form thing, I just liked low key’s design better. And for tapu lele I was playing vs a lot of stall teams and wanted something better to deal with them, even though the specific pokemon are uncommon. Thanks for your help overall though!
