Pokémon: Arcanine Stats: 90/100/80/90/80/95 | 535 (did I just nerf the mon?) Abilities: Intimidate / Pixilate Typing: Fire / Fairy Move Changes: n/a Summary of Changes: stats, typing, ability Description: Offensive priority mon with pixilate Extreme Speed, Return/Double Edge also hits things super hard, it can also works as a wall for itself with Intimidate lol.
Pokémon: Tauros Stats: 80 / 90 / 70 / 90 / 70 / 100 | 520 Abilities: Sheer Force / Adaptability Typing: Normal Move Changes: Head Charge | - Earthquake, High Horsepower, Close Combat Summary of Changes: stats, ability Description: Nice wallbreaker with 90/90/100 offensive spread, can either use a mixed set with sf and life orb or nuke things with adaptability boosted head charge.
Pokémon: Arcanine Stats: 90/120/80/110/80/95 Abilities: Intimidate / Flash Fire / Huntdown Typing: Fire / Ice Move Changes: +Wildfire, Parting Shot, Fire Lash, Icicle Crash, Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry, Triple Axel, Blizzard Summary of Changes: +Huntdown, Wildfire, Moves, Ice type, Stats Description: wip (huntdown + wildfire is epic. big stats but kinda held back by poor typing of fire/ice, though freeze-dry + fire blast/fire lash/flamethrower is unresisted)
Huntdown: If the target is burned and arcanine hits it with a contact move, its speed will be lowered by 1.
Wildfire: 60 BP, Physical, Fire, 16 PP, 100% Accuracy, Power doubles if the target has a status ailmet; 20% chance to burn the target.
Pokemon: Arcanine Typing: Fire/Ground Stats: 100 / 110 / 80 / 85 / 80 / 100 {BST: 555} Abilities: Intimidate / Flash Fire / Justified Move Changes: + Stealth Rock, Earthquake Summary of Changes: +10 HP, +5 speed, -15 spA, +Stealth Rock, +Earthquake, +Ground-type Description: Arcanine already has some really great tools for a defensive Pokemon, having reliable recovery(Morning Sun), pivoting(Teleport), two statuses it can spread(Will-O-Wisp/Toxic) and a fantastic ability(Intimidate). I figured that an extra ground typing would give Arcanine a more free item slot, as it no longer must run HDB and be so Knock-Off and Toxic prone as it had been. The extra typing also gives it some unique defensive quirks alongside a strong STAB and hazards.
Pokemon: Tauros Typing: Normal/Fighting Stats: 75 / 110 / 95 / 70 / 70 / 110 {BST: 530} Abilities: Intimidate /Anger Point / Sheer Force Move Changes: + Quick Attack, Focus Blast Summary of Changes: +10 Atk, +30 spA, +Quick Attack, +Focus Blast, +Fighting-type Description: Unpredictable breaker and speed control option. Can choose to go physical, special or mixed due to its better special coverage and usable special attack but its physical coverage is still very solid even so, especially with the extra utility of Quick Attack and its higher attack.
This Pokémon adds the opposing Pokémon's types to itself on switch-in. (If you switched in and Ariados was in the opposing field, you would get Electric/Bug/Dragon as your typing.
Typing:
Move Changes: +Zing Zap, Recover, Copycat Blast*
Revelation Dance but it now changes type based on the user's second type. Normal if the user has only one type.
Summary of Changes: +25 Speed, Moves, Ability Description: funny
Pokemon: Arcanine Typing: Fire/Ground Stats: 100 / 110 / 80 / 85 / 80 / 100 {BST: 555} Abilities: Intimidate / Flash Fire / Justified Move Changes: + Stealth Rock, Earthquake Summary of Changes: +10 HP, +5 speed, -15 spA, +Spikes, +Earthquake, +Ground-type Description: Arcanine already has some really great tools for a defensive Pokemon, having reliable recovery(Morning Sun), pivoting(Teleport), two statuses it can spread(Will-O-Wisp/Toxic) and a fantastic ability(Intimidate). Okay, this is a big step forward, and it will be the end of the slates done for type filling. Now, we can proceed to a more meta-focused slate thing, but we won't open it just now. I physically can't do it rn, since i will go on a trip to another city, so feel free to discuss the winners in the meantime! Congrats to the winners!

I just realized now that I somewhat messed up with my Arcanine on the description, as I mixed up Spikes and Stealth Rocks in the Summary of Changes and the Movepool Changes sections (one was missing in one section and vice versa), so I’ve fixed it now.
In order to prevent this from being a one-liner, I’ll discuss the winners here
This one has a really cool gimmick, although I’m a little concerned about this one’s viability since I don’t know if the bulk is enough for a meta like this. It’s good traits such as it’s wide movepool and pivoting are still there and are better now, but copying types can still be unfortunate as it makes you easier to exploit by the other team. Still a really nice idea and I’m happy it won.
My sub (and first winning Pet Mod sub too, pretty excited)! I was a little concerned with this one because it might be too similar to Landorus-T in concept, but I think it’s got enough differences to stand out. It and Sandslash are gonna compete for the Ground-type slot for sure, both have got some quirks over the other.
Honestly after looking at this one after it’s won, I’m kinda disappointed I didn’t vote for it at all, it’s pretty nice. A speed control option and a mixed breaker was the idea I was kind of going for, and this one does it very nicely especially considering the two choices it’s got for its abilities, making it more versatile. No special STAB is a little unfortunate, but I think it makes up for it.
Good job to everyone, look forward to the next slate!
Pokémon: Perrserker Stats: 80/120/100/50/80/60 (480) Abilities: Guts/Tough Claws Typing: Steel / Dark Move Changes: Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Lash Out, Power Trip, Psycho Cut, Rock Polish Summary of Changes: +10HP, +20Spd, +10Atk, +10Spe; added two abilities to better deal with/Abuse other threats in the meta, given the dark type and added moves to go with it (as well as a singular coverage move to deal with poison types). Also gave it rock polish because double dancing is a goofy and fun gimmick. Description: Guts is the main idea I had for this mon: A solid check to Salazzle with it's immunity to toxic and free +1 boost to KO it. Choice Band Sucker Punch with Tough Claws also does a major amount of damage. Knock Off is extremely dangerous as well because only Bastiodon and maybe Grapploct can switch into it safely.

Pokémon: Tsareena Stats: 72/120/98/50/98/72 (510) Abilities: Defiant/Queenly Majesty/Justified Typing: Grass/ Fighting Move Changes: Summary of Changes: Added abilities and added Fighting type. Description: It's already a fairly powerful Pokémon with solid bulk and great coverage moves, so why not add some STAB to its most powerful move, High Jump Kick. It's already great attack coupled with this 130 base power stab move, renders it a fantastic wallbreaker. Defiant and Justified punishes intimidators and Knock Off users who would attempt to weaken or cripple Tsareena by increasing her breaking power even more.
Rapid Spin Sweeper (F) @ Life Orb / Heavy Duty Boots / Leftovers

Pokémon: Sylveon Stats: 95/90/100/90/110/70 (555) Abilities: Pixelate / Misty Surge / Magic Guard Typing: Fairy Move Changes: +Ribbon Wrap, -Stored Power, -Calm Mind, -Work Up -Focus Energy, -Curse, Summary of Changes: (+25 Atk, +35 Def, -20 Spa, -20 SpD, +70 Spe), Added Abilities and a signature move Description: I wanted a bulky wish passer. The fantastic stats are offset by the fact that it doesn't have any recovery outside of wish, and lacks any build moves.
35BP Fairy Physical Prevents the target from switching for four or five turns (seven turns if the user is holding Grip Claw). Causes damage to the target equal to 1/8 of its maximum HP (1/6 if the user is holding Binding Band), rounded down, at the end of each turn during effect. The target can still switch out if it is holding Shed Shell or uses Baton Pass, Flip Turn, Parting Shot, Teleport, U-turn, or Volt Switch. The effect ends if either the user or the target leaves the field, or if the target uses Rapid Spin or Substitute successfully. This effect is not stackable or reset by using this or another binding move.
Move Changes: Blast Off*, Fire Lash, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Stone Edge Blast Off: Fire U-Turn Summary of Changes: types stats moves abilities Description: super pivot. shreds mons over time, can run a Scarf set.
Pokémon: Perrserker Stats: 80 / 110 / 110 / 70 / 80 / 50 (500 BST) Abilities: Battle Armor / Tough Claws / Steely Spirit Typing: Steel / Fighting Move Changes: +Bullet Punch, Thunder Punch Summary of Changes: +10 HP, +10 Def, +20 SpA, +20 SpD Description: p much all it needs is a bit more bulk, a second stab, a coverage move for waters, and a priority move
Pokémon: Tsareena Stats: 82 / 120 / 98 / 50 / 98 / 72 (520 BST) Abilities: Leaf Guard / Queenly Majesty / Clear Body Typing: Grass / Dark Move Changes: Trop Kick | Grass | 90 BP | 100% Accuracy | 10 PP | Contact | +1 Priority. Lowers the user's Attack by 1 stage.
+ Bulk Up, Close Combat, Poison Jab, Sucker Punch, Jungle Healing Summary of Changes: +10 HP Description: queenly majesty doesnt make much sense if you cant boost speed (besides not getting wisped by prank sab). so giving it a couple priority moves was the play.
Magma Storm effect (traps and damages the opponent for 4-5 turns / it's special / has 65 BP / 90% accuracy. It's a normal-type move
70 BP / 100% Accuracy / hits Poison-Types super effectively / This move becomes a physical attack if the user's Attack is greater than its Special Attack and vice versa.
Description: This mon's made to be quite a meta staple, as now it can perform very well many sets like Wish Support, CM Setup Sweeper, Defensive pivot, Choice Specs and can even run Hazzard Removal sets. It seems like it's not busted since its defense is still not very good and it's quite slow overall, but it's got a nutty typing coupled with a great movepool. Sticky Hold might even be viable on defensive sets tbh as sometimes it doesn't want to get its item knocked off. Fairy Wind is a nice filler for Specs to hit Salazzle super effectively since you don't want to choice-lock yourself on Psyshock as Sableye can easily absorb it, so Fairy Wind is just a nice midground overall.
Pokemon: Perrserker Stats: 105 / 120 / 85 / 50 / 85 / 70 (BST: 515) Abilities: Steely Spirit / Tough Claws Typing: Steel / Flying Move Changes: +Brave Bird, +Migration (Flying-Type U-turn), +Knock Off, +Bullet Punch, +Gear Grind, +Anchor Shot, +Swords Dance, +Bulk Up, +Roost, +Accelerock Summary of Changes: +35 HP, +10 Atk, -15 Def, +25 SpD, +20 Spe, New moves, New typing, and Custom Move. Description: Now it's a much better mon as a whole, as it can perform both pivoting and wallbreaking sets much more effectively, as pivot sets heavily benefit from its bulk increase and new access to recovery, Knock Off, and solid typing, while wallbreaking sets hit slightly harder now while it's faster, (might still run priority on most sets though) and Anchor Shot might also be a nice tool due to it's trapping capabilities. It might even run Accelerock to annihilate Salazzle completely.
Lowers the opponent's attack by one stage / 70 BP / Physical / Grass-Type
Description: THE Grapploct counter and can perform both SD sets with Fairy Wind + Queenly Majesty and pivot intim spin sets depending on what your team needs, but overall it might be quite beneficial for the meta as it's also a great Sableye switch-in and it doesn't perform that badly against Bastiodon either, as Knock Off it's lefties and get away with it. Slightly better bulk so it can switch into stuff more effectively.
New Moves: Bullet Punch, Shadow Sneak, Poltergeist, Knock Off. Summary of Changes: Stats, typing, abilities, moves. Description: Physical attacker that can safely switch in on special attackers.
Pokémon: Sylveon Stats: 95 | 65 | 75 | 110 | 130 | 50 Abilities: Cute Charm | Air Flow* | Pixilate (HA)
*Air Flow: On switch-in, Tailwind begins until this Ability is not active in battle. (Basically Desolate Land/Primordial Sea but for Tailwind) Typing:
New Moves: Air Slash, Defog, Roost, Tailwind. Summary of Changes: Stats, typing, abilities, moves. Description: Togekiss but cooler
New Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Rising Voltage, Nuzzle, Volt Switch, Bulk Up, Thunder Punch, Body Press, Zing Zap, Trop Kick*
*Trop Kick (rework):
| 70 BP | 100% Accuracy | 8 PP Max | If succesful, summons Electric Terrain. | ✓ Contact Summary of Changes: special attack stat, abilities, typing, moves. Description: "Speed must not be buffed"
Trop Kick | Grass | 70 BP | 100% Accuracy | 5 PP | Contact | +1 Priority. Fails if the target is not attacking.
Summary of Changes: +15 HP, +10 Def, +Poison-Type, +Sweet Veil replaced with Mold Breaker, + Gunk Shot, First Impression, Poison Jab, Toxic Spikes; rework: Trop Kick(effect changed from base game) Description: Versatile TSpikes utility mon with two usable abilities in Queenly Majesty for speed control and Mold Breaker for more consistent TSpikes setup and chip.
Pokémon: Sylveon
Stats: 100/65/85/115/135/85
Abilities: Pixilate/Bulletproof/Trace
Typing: Fairy
Move Changes: +Lovely Kiss, +Gravity, +Healing Wish, +Magic Coat, +Heart Swap, +Psycho Shift, +Thunder Wave, +Trick, +Teleport
Summary of changes: +5 HP, +15 DEF, +5 SPA, +5 SPD, +15 SPE
Summary: bulky wish passer with a good offensive presence and a lot of different support options. Trace allows it to come in and get one of the many great abilities that other Pokémon are running, whether it be Intimidate, Regenerator, Prankster, or more. If the ability isn’t useful, then it can WishPort out. Bulletproof is niche but cool for Sludge Bomb Salazzle. Pixilate could also be used for a more offensive set. It also has the ability to run a choice set with its offensive capabilities and good speed.
Pokémon: Stats: 70/100/100/50/60/90 (440 BST) Abilities: Battle Armor / Tough Claws / Steely Spirit Typing: Steel / Bug Move Changes: + First Impression, X-Scissor, Spikes Summary of Changes: Stats, Typing, Movepool Description: Budget Scizor, now with Spikes! Perrserker's U-turn now deals 1000% to every Pokemon ever, you're welcome.
Pokémon: Tsareena Stats: 72/120/98/50/98/72 (510 BST) Abilities: Leaf Guard / Queenly Majesty / Sweet Veil Typing: Grass / Ghost Move Changes: + Poltergeist, Spirit Shackle Summary of Changes: Typing, Movepool Description: Funny offensive mon. Grass/Ghost STAB is deceptively good, with 0 resistances in the meta atm. Additionally Tsareena gets a metric shit ton of cool utility moves such as Rapid Spin, Knock Off, and U-Turn. The addition of Spirit Shackle also means that Tsareena can run Knock Off without having to worry about fucking with one of its STAB moves (its also a very flavour-full addition. don't ask why.)
Summary of Changes: Abilities, Typing, Movepool Description: Comedic mon that gets to pick and choose what type its utility is. Galvanize Fake Out/Quick Attack is pretty epic for Salazzle and Grapploct, but the main draw here is Rude Parting, letting Sylveon choose how much it wants to devastate the metagame! Galvanize comes with the obvious drawback of it now being blockable, but also lets it hit more high profile targets such as Salazzle, while Pixilate is resisted by more mons but can't be absorbed like Galvanize. Surge Surfer is there because I find it amusing.
