Hey everyone!

I'm a Dutch VGC player who also happens to love forums. I joined the Serebii forums as well, but it does seem to be lacking when it comes to discussions about competitive play (my forte and preferred subject). I've been competing since 2015 in real life events and will be shooting for Worlds 2023 in Japan! If it's possible here, I'll try to share my journey throughout this year. Other than that, I aim to be a chill person in discussions here and there around the forums and would love to be an active member. Those badges look awesome as well hahah!

Anyway, it's nice to meet you all. My favorite Pokémon is Gengar and I absolutely love Miraidon as well, as you can tell. What's yours?

I remember the mysterious feel Jirachi had when I played Gen 3 and it was only available through a very rare event hahah

Thank you for the warm welcome! Doing great:D When it comes to Gengar, I specifically love the shiny mega variant. It had been a goal of mine to breed a pentaflawless shiny Gengar in gen 6, and after a month or so I did succeed! I took it to tournaments and did well with it too. Then it won Worlds in the hands of Wolfey and I started loving it even more. The colours, the moveset, the ability, that beautiful smile…

Nice to meet you Regic Boat!! Koraidon and Miraidon are great Pokemon, I think I'm starting to fall in love even more with Miraidon... If it has good stats and cool moves, it might even become my absolute favorite!

Hi Xenon, Scizor is awesome! My favorite pivoting move is Parting Shot, because it's so super useful in VGC, but I feel like Shed Tail could become interesting.

It’s not a story the Jedi would tell you. It’s a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life. He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying.

The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural.

He became so powerful, the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did.

Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep.

Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.
