If I'm to be given the choice between two early-game birds with ridiculous pompadours, I'm going to pick the one that can actually fly.

I don't know if this is from the same person as there is no bird but it's a pretty big image of Koraidon's face posted with "final" in Chinese.

Bird looks like an Elvis-esque homage to the 50's music. At least to me that's what I got out of the hairstyle + the feathers looking like a jacket

Bro got the game early and decided to play Birdwatching Simulator 9000
In this image we get a side profile of the parakeet Pokemon flying with Paldea in the background. Although little immediate information is given, it is now obvious that the black protrusion on its head is actually hair and not a rock embedded in its skull. Apparently this is from the opening cinematic, from this follow-up image:
About 30 minutes later our source provides us with another image:
This confirms that the parakeet Pokemon is available in quantities larger than 1, debunking any theories that it might be a one-of-a-kind roaming legendary. These also have their eyes open compared to the previous screenshot.
A later screenshot arrives which showcases that the parakeets are capable of synchronized flight. This could have significant implications for its abilities and movepool options, as modern-day birds struggle to perfectly align their flying animations.
Here we learn that the parakeets have taken up residency on this house. For the second image you can see them near the horizon line, above the front door. Parakeets are not normally homeowners in the real world so we'll have to see what this information means in terms of their yearly income. This is a bold direction for the series to take thus far and makes me wonder how the player character fits into this scene.
