Greetings! The objective of this thread is to lay out a visual list of all relevant speed tiers in the National Dex metagame. If you have any recommendations, please do not hesitate to post. However, do not suggest speed creeping.

- All Pokemon currently present on the VR will be included in this list.

• If a Pokemon becomes unranked, it will remain on this list until the next VR slate is released. If said Pokemon remains unranked by then it will be removed.

- All Pokemon have 31 speed IVs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Only speed changes realistically achievable within 2 turns of a Pokemon entering battle will be considered.

Sand Rush doubles your speed, while Scarf multiply your speed by 1.5
So your final speed will be Speed*2*1.5 = Speed*3 , which is the equivalent of +4 (As: +1 is *1.5, +2 *2, +3 is *2.5, +4 *3)

I nuked some unranked stuff, though I might have missed some of them. Mons that are OU by usage despite being unranked will be added later, if there are any of them that still are not present.
