Welcome to the 2022 UnderUsed Circuit Playoffs! This is what the entire year's UnderUsed tournament circuit has been leading up to, we are close to having our 16 playoff contestants. The whole tournament will be hosted in this thread. The winner of this tournament will receive the coveted UnderUsed Circuit ribbon!

SPECIFIC RULES
  • The format for this tournament is SS UU best of three
  • Replays are required. Playing on the Smogtours server is recommended to ensure that replays are saved.

All standard clauses apply:
  • Sleep Clause: If a player has already put an opposing Pokémon to sleep using a sleep inducing move and that Pokémon is still sleeping due to that sleep inducing move, the player cannot put another opposing Pokémon to sleep using a sleep inducing move.
  • Species Clause: A player cannot have two of the same species of Pokémon on their team, based on the National Pokedex Number. For example, a player cannot have two Koffing on his or her team.
  • Evasion Clause: Players cannot use Double Team or Minimize in any of their Pokémon's movesets.
  • OHKO Clause: Players cannot use Horn Drill, Guillotine, Sheer Cold, or Fissure in any of their Pokémon's movesets.
  • Timer Clause: If a player exhausts the timer, he/she loses.
  • Endless Battle Clause: Any moveset on any pokemon that is capable of intentionally causing an endless battle is banned from competitive play.

GGs, though I lost it was a good circuit this year nonetheless.

Thank you to everyone that helped me out through the course of the year, especially Crushy , I had a great time playing SS UU and it's unfortunate it ended shorter than I'd like. I know a lot of people don't like the meta but I find it exciting and I hope to keep playing it in future tours that include SS UU. I think there's still more to innovate within the tier, and props to ProDigeZz for some of those sets this series.
