I refuse to believe that Last Respects is legal in Mix and Mega. The presence of -ate speed absolutely does not mitigate it's ability to clean up teams enough to make it balanced.
That's not the metagame at hand though.

This is why tera should be banned, this game exemplifies this. Dragonite w/o Tera = Not broken (Good OU Pokemon), Dragonite with Tera = needs to be banned if Tera stays as is in the metagame (no changes).

I read that in a post by the completely real and totally trusted forum user SmogonLovesStall2009. Why would they lie? They have all eight badges in the game, so they must know something.
