Arai before playing, i'd like an explanation about the pools constitution.

I've seen that in my pool there are three 1st seed players from round1 (bomb, itchy, me) and one 2nd seed (lumi).
Is that normal?
i thought it was two 1st seed and two 2nd seed in each pool.

This phase has pools consisting of 2 players who placed 1st in the first phase and 2 who placed 2nd. Bomb placed 2nd in his pool based on differentials.
