ordering assuming the changes mentioned in discord will be implemented. Rock slide + toxic does 11 damage, shadow claw does 18 and mismagius takes 4 poison damage (2 damage in 2 turns) leaving it at 62 HP with 4 poison counters

Candelia shadow claw should do 18 damage in first hit 12*1.5 = 18 and incase of crits , the calc should be (7+3+5)*1.5 = 23. its 7 since the bap of shadow claw is 7
 
Yea so the way confusion works is when a confused pokemon attempts an attacking move , it becomes dizzy. And when the same pokemon uses another attacking move while it is dizzy and confused, it stumbles.
 
Will o' Wisp > Confuse Ray > Night Shade

[start of step] If Excadrill is to use a damaging Dark-type move, and it is not confused, and Mismagius is not to use Will o' Wisp, use Protect the first instance and push back.
[start of turn] If Excadrill is under the effect of Protection, use Calm Mind and push back.
[start of step] If Excadrill is to use Toxic, use Taunt and push back.

Yea so Candelia stumbling only occurs when using an attack or in simple terms, a damaging move, so as a result Exacdrill should not stumble s3. Also once a pokemon becomes dizzy, it remains dizzy untill it leaves play. Some more info : Dizzy marker in itself does not cause a pokemon to stumble. It only stumbles when 3 of the following condition are met

1) The pokemon should be confused
2) The pokemon should be dizzy
3) The pokemon should be trying to use a damaging move.

Also there should be no +3 in damage calc for shadow claw in the brackets. +3 is added incase of a crit

a stat of a pokemon is divided in 2 parts. Rank and stage. The +2 from hone claws effects the stat stage and does not affect the stat rank which was originally 10. After burn the stat rank becomes 5 (10*0.5) and the stage stage remains 2 (due to the 2 hone claws). These are 2 different things in the sense that they affect the damage calculation in different ways. The positive atk stage gives a +4 to final damage after applying the type effectiveness for example : (7+0)*1.5+(4*2) = 18.
But a rank effects the part within the "()" , without the burn , the damage formula would have been (7[BAP]+5[stat difference])*1.5[effectiveness multiplier]+(4*no of positive atk stage).
 
Also, please make sure to indicate combo token status somewhere in your reffing while you fix that, I almost ordered thinking I still had a combo token.
