In a lot of rooms the room owners dont want to bohther the admins because they know you are busy and when staff reitere they give them voice instead but if room owners were able to promote with out having to get an admin it might be better for everyone thanks have a good day for instance in survivor room

Rejected make room owners able to promote to star rank (☆)

Player/host rank isn't generally one people should be using. It seems like this is a case for the use of prize winner instead?
Considering how many projects some rooms have going on at various times, I would also support rooms being given one more "prize" rank. I see this as just being a useful tool that gives rooms a little more control and adaptability, that I think rands would feasibly utilise if it were possible even though we voice our retired staff.
Closing this, since we already have a designated prize rank (so this isn't worth the effort it requires.)
