The most solving part of it is when they’re talking about you and Psy, but I think their reasoning is fundamentally flawed, and it’s not that big of a stretch to assume they just want to keep Psy around to distract from them (or because they’re buddies).

In terms of specific reasoning, in this post, Schia says it would be for no reason, but it’s
1. For the same reason as all bussing;
2. It fits both of your metas to interact that way, so you would try to replicate that as scum.
