bo_bobson27 showed me the Aggron (and Lairon) mirror weakness. The Choice Band Aggron mirror is a tough one to win since the opponent can always just do what you do and add speed. 252 Speed EVs on Aggron require the opponent to run either Jolly nature or Bulldoze to break the speed tie.
