It's definitely viable that I thought scum!eli could potentially have a mental slip there so I'm really unsure why you are pretending that's not the case. I also am unsure why you are attacking the thought process so much but not explaining where it's level one.

I feel like you are faking this aggression here to be consistent with your thoughts on this whole thing because this level of aggression doesn't really match at all

i am pretending nothing, in fact i said i said its possible you are saying it as town, and regardless of your alignment i am saying its not helpful, i am not sure why you feel the need to get so defensive and shade me on it

ok like i don’t want to be like dismissive because I appreciate that people sign up for these games not only once but more than once because it implies that people have fun

but when you make a post like on the last page i don’t actually gleam anything other than “this person wasn’t reading every post” and “this person is not fact checking their posts”

I'm not defensive over it and I know you hate the post's content, independent of my alignment, but that's what I am taking issue with because I don't understand your position of why it would be unrealistic for eli to be caught by that and how it's lvl 1 in this scenario considering this is a read relying on eli to mentally slip which he didn't and nothing came out of it which is fine but it's not meaningless and my first feeling as to why this may be the case is because you are forcing aggression to stay consistent with your initial thoughts of the read, not even a read more so a play.

eli is not gonna pretend to meta someone hes not metaing, or pretending to meta, as either alignment, its not gonna mental slip because its not something i consider that he would even need to think about so much as breathing, its below his paygrade and just would be an instinctive thing imo its really quite basic but also i dont really care about it anymore to continue discussing it, theres more interesting stuff ongoing

This all is actually fair TBH. I don't think the anti-coach stuff matters (I think coaching is a bad avenue to try and make reads in general) but ostensibly authentic fallibility is auto townreading and it's not a skill many people really possess as maf.

Like I would townlean skipper already partly bc of this rationale, even tho you're also right that the rationale can conclude to skipper being hard to read.
