im ngl the way celevers jalmont read got jumped on makes me think he was killed for it, but not by jalmont
Is there a reason for this? You said that you feel like nobody is listening to you and you seem comfortable trying to solve the game using your own playstyle but it's hard to take you seriously when you choose to ignore things that are quite essential to solving the game
I don’t see why any mafia team that doesn’t have jalmont in it kills celebercelever is usually wrong anyway
me and real are the only people who jumped on thisim ngl the way celevers jalmont read got jumped on makes me think he was killed for it, but not by jalmont
yeah. i knowme and real are the only people who jumped on this
im ngl the way celevers jalmont read got jumped on makes me think he was killed for it, but not by jalmont
Gonna quote myself to respond to thisHave you heard of WIFOM? According to MafiaWiki, it refers to "the dilemma that arises from trying to predict whether someone has made an optimal but expected choice, or a suboptimal but unexpected one." Note that there are only two choices.
It's important to note that these two choices do not have an equal likelihood of being made and are never 50/50. One is always more likely than the other, and part of playing mafia is determining which is more likely, and most of the time there is a logical reason behind them. For example, I townread Nuxl because he was in his town meta and displayed behavior that was very unlikely to be mafia (pretty logical imo), maybe 5% chance he was scum from my PoV. Sure, he COULD have been mafia but it was a high chance he was town. As a result, I did not feel the need to use my time to analyze the worlds where he was scum on Day 1, instead using my precious brainpower to focus on other things in the game. And bam, he flipped town, so good thing I didn't clog the thread analyzing how he could have been scum.
what the fuck did you just sayI'm going to get scumread for this, but with the knowledge that psy thinks im a good player, his unwillingness to adapt his game after I give him very logical and thought out explanations makes me wonder if he's a trolling werewolf
Who do you think kills celever here? I think its jalmont but you townread jalmont so what's your answer and why do you think they need celever deadi mean you can go ahead and vote him and you outnumber me and ill accept being wrong. im just saying we can analyze celever all we want but if celever was scumreading me and he died, would you vote me? i townread jalmont so i think hes town
i would probably reconsider, but imo it depends upon context. Rereading eod shows you that he hard tunneled jalmont and mafia have no reason to think that wouldn’t occur the next day, there’s fairly little reason to kill a slot that wrongi mean you can go ahead and vote him and you outnumber me and ill accept being wrong. im just saying we can analyze celever all we want but if celever was scumreading me and he died, would you vote me? i townread jalmont so i think hes town
idk because there are multiple reasons of why celever couldve diedWho do you think kills celever here? I think its jalmont but you townread jalmont so what's your answer and why do you think they need celever dead
I am notnyo why is fire kitten still on me
I don't see any adaptation and i also don't see you really addressing any of my points aside from saying "i disagree"i feel like ive adapted. adapting doesnt mean agreeing with every single thing you say
ive made nks before and we didnt really think that hard about it. we usually just killed vocal town because we were all townread and well positionedI've realized that psy never had to think about making a nightkill before because the one time he played scum he got voted off night 1
maybe this is a foreign concept
I forgot your reads but can we vote jalmontyo why is fire kitten still on me
this explains why you are having trouble understanding why Celever would dieive made nks before and we didnt really think that hard about it. we usually just killed vocal town because we were all townread and well positioned
