Mega Sableye is a staple on bulkier Ghost teams due to its Dark typing, great abilities before and after Mega Evolution, and great defensive stats. Knock Off hinders Chansey and Porygon2 for Mega Sableye's wallbreaking teammates and eases the matchup against Landorus and Nidoking. Due to Sableye's meager HP and need for longevity, Recover's a must-have utility option, further enabling Metal Burst. Protect allows Sableye to Mega Evolve safely, ensuring it can utilize Magic Bounce later into the game. Metal Burst retaliates against Fairy-types such as Mega Diancie, Clefable, and Tapu Koko, while Dazzling Gleam eliminates Mega Sableye's passivity in front of Hydreigon and Roaring Moon. Will-O-Wisp in conjunction with Prankster renders physical attackers like Mega Gallade, Dragonite, and Mamoswine less threatening. The given EV spread avoids a 2HKO from Life Orb Nidoking's Earth Power, assuming Mega Sableye uses Knock Off after the first Earth Power. Mimikyu threatens Dark-types such as Mandibuzz, Galarian Moltres, and opposing Mega Sableye. Spectrier breaks past walls like Toxapex, Gliscor, and Tapu Fini and appreciates Mega Sableye burning offensive threats to strengthen its setup potential. Gholdengo checks Fairy-types such as Tapu Lele, Mega Diancie, and Iron Valiant as well as preventing foes from removing entry hazards set by Froslass and Galarian Corsola. Blacephalon handles opposing Gholdengo and utilizes Choice Scarf to clean through Steel, Ghost, and Psychic teams once Heatran, Mega Sableye, and Galarian Slowking, respectively, are removed. Skeledirge has great synergy with Mega Sableye, appreciating the prevention of opposing Stealth Rock and in return walling Volcarona, Mega Lopunny, and Alolan Ninetales.

Mega Sableye is a must-have staple on bulkier Ghost teams due to it's Dark typing, great ability before and after mega evolution, and great defensive stats. (Sableye isn't needed at all on more offensive builds due to its passivity) Knock Off hinders item-reliant Pokemon like Eviolite Chansey and Porygon2, Life Orb Nidoking and Landorus, and Heavy-Duty Boots Volcarona and Skeledirge. (this is just dex info and I see way too much of "and" here, I would replace mentions of a few examples with in-game applications like wearing down opposing mons easier, being able to check certain breakers after, etc.) Protect allows Sableye to Mega Evolve safely, ensuring it can utilize Magic Bounce later into the game. Metal Burst retaliates against Fairy-types such as Tapu Lele, Iron Valiant, and Hatterene while Dazzling Gleam eliminates Sableye's passivity in front of Hydreigon, Roaring Moon, and Kommo-o. (these 3 usually running Choiced items or Calm Mind make them horrible examples IMO, would use other Fairy-type examples) Will-O-Wisp in conjunction with Prankster renders physical attackers like Mega Gallade, Dragonite, and Mamoswine less threatening. The given EV spread avoids a 2HKO from Life Orb Nidoking's Earth Power, assuming Sableye uses Knock Off after the first Earth Power. Mimikyu threatens Dark-types such as Mandibuzz, Galarian Moltres, and opposing Mega Sableye. Spectrier breaks past walls like Toxapex, Gliscor, and Tapu Fini and appreciates Sableye burning offensive threats to strengthen Substitute its setup potential. Gholdengo checks Fairy-types such as Tapu Lele, Mega Diancie, and Iron Valiant and capitalizes on Will-O-Wisp with Hex. (this applies to anything that commonly runs Hex such as the previously mentioned Spectrier, I would mention Good As Gold here since preventing the use of Defog is huge for Ghost teams that usually depend on hazard stacking) Blacephalon handles opposing Gholdengo, Whimsicott, and Galvantua. (the latter two aren't threats at all to Ghost, mention how Blacephalon is often the best speed control AKA Scarf option Ghost teams have, being able to clean through certain types once its checks are gone)

QC 2, here are my notes:
  • Add a sentence about Recover as it grants Mega Sableye reliable recovery and allows it to remain healthy enough to retaliate with Metal Burst against super effective moves.
  • I'd add a mention to Skeledirge as well, specially since you specify that Mega Sableye is strong in bulkier Ghost teams.

Mega Sableye is a staple on bulkier Ghost teams due to its Dark typing, great ability abilities before and after Mega Evolution, and great defensive stats. Knock Off hinders Chansey and Porygon2 for Sableye's wallbreakers you can say for Sableye's teammates or for Sableye's wallbreaking teammates if you want to leave this here, but hinders them seems straightforward enough and eases the matchup against Landorus and Nidoking. Due to Sableye's meager HP and need for longevity, Recover's a must-have utility option, also allowing for more uses of Metal Burst further enabling Metal Burst discussed change w/ giyu. Protect allows Sableye to Mega Evolve safely, ensuring it can utilize Magic Bounce later into the game. Gholdengo checks Fairy-types such as Tapu Lele, Mega Diancie, and Iron Valiant and as well as preventing the opponent foes from removing entry hazards set by Froslass and Galarian Corsola.
