I have no idea on pulsar. I'd have to iso to understand that better. I'm okay with the zippy vote thought. because i also believe this logic applies to hydro/zippy. that said I'm also suspicious of you/mc of zippys town

IDK why Zippy has Ehmcee as town that's weird to me they've barely interacted
