Think the concept of this thread is cool like the old ones back in Gen 6 but the whole “clout” thing is stupid af because most people arent that special and it should just be like one night dedicated to lets call it for better term “randoms”, or reformatted to be more casual. Anyone with actual clout (lmao) could just do this on their own with friends like they’ve been doing for years.

I'd really like to see Jimothy Cool vs. BKC in a BO5 but each player gets an old gen meta they helped popularize with an invitational as a single counterpick. Jimothy Cool gets an ADV OU counterpick and BKC gets a DPP Ubers counterpick.
