"Vanilla town" in this game is called Villager. Psy said "I'm vanilla town, oh wait no I'm not it's something different". Neon posted a picture of the villager from Minecraft while quote responding Psy posting that. Hence Neon knew the specific wording and is the person to bring that wording to the thread.
It is quite simple for LS to see that exchange and connect these dots. Vanilla town are called one of two things: vanilla town, or villager. I think she's capitalising on this for towncred by pretending it is an achievement that requires being a vt in this game to know. It isn't.
