FOR THE GUYS Swimming or Hiking? Choose now!

I swam three miles today and was disappointed that I did not do more. I have gotten rusty once more with my swimming as I have been in the habit of only doing it once or twice a week. I am trying to break through this while working full time and taking classes, so I am not trying to overdo it when I do get the chance to go to the pool. I love swimming butterfly and I am terrified of breaststrokers because they are scary.
But to answer the question, I choose hiking because I have never gone hiking once in my life, plus this entails time off because there are no mountains anywhere near me so I could catch up on my beauty sleep in the great outdoors.

Living in arizona we have some good trails to hike on, just be weary of snakes and be sure to bring a lot more water and electrolytes
