Also celever, not necessarely a scumread at you, but I feel like you always come in D1 with a victim mentality.

That might be a harsh way of putting it, but I reckon you almost always say something along the lines of "I'm prob dying early" and it always makes me feel weird

I think it’s fine to point out when people might SR you based on prior games (which btw people should generally ignore unless it’s a meta read, keep the vengeance out of it pls), but Celever sorta came in very defensive about it and it is giving me weird vibes.

Also I’m tired of seeing a Psyduck every other post let’s be real that’s the main reason.

Keeping vote on Jalmont until signs of life but Celever would be my next push.

I’m competitive, it’s cast assessment :mehowth:

You can disregard it but yeah I always take stock of my position in the cast

Like this time around I don’t acc think I’m a high prio kill target probably cos this is a fun cast

Anyway wrt this I think I probably was over-defensive bc I already mapped out me getting voted for the wrong reasons in my head and then got upset by it LMAO

Currently trying to parse whether fairy picked up on that and went for a pocket or if our relationship just flipped, she’s like the only person not scumreading me already ironically

Oh ik you’re not here to vote me out but I’m def under greater scrutiny than anyone else by various people IMO and I think that’s already fairly proven lol all I meant

Looking forward to maybe our first actual T/T game though lol

I actually think people applying the ORG/Survivor mentality to NOC mafia is one of my least favorite things about it. The two open secrets about mafia is that the surest way to lose is to die so it's really in some ways a popularity contest, and that as an extension of that, the people who live (at a high enough level) are the people who have better communication skills, not necessarily the ones with better reads or scumgames. But accepting these things makes the game very boring imo.

The surest way for a mafia game to become uninteresting to me is to have it be about people posturing about how good they are while other people just sheep like "yeah I guess if you're scum I can lose to you", a phenomenon I've seen in at least half the games I've read in the last year involving many different players on both sides of this.

I'd usually say reading too much into flavor is kinda bad, but this feels pretty on the nose, also the second part seems to imply it's got decent good odds of being something like a classic WereWolf for the third faction
