ehhh i do think hooker was more common than escort but also i think in modern times there may have been a desire to get away from 'hooker' as a term idk others but that word has more unfairly negative connotations than escort BUT i also don't buy into the "she's lying about being RBed"

Oh tbf I think she did claim escort and my brain autocorrected to hooker LMAO

I mean sex work was the first trade women were permitted to do and is a completely valid occupation but yes I think probably the desire to move first to escort and then to roleblocker probably stemmed from people who are dumb making bad jokes because they don’t feel that way

Something in my brain is also telling me the distinction is roleblocker only blocks abils and not factional kills while escort / hooker does everything
 
It's also really funny to me that people keep coming in like "AG has to answer for his crimes" and then have to get caught up on the neon thing and there a lot of nuance to what was being claimed and when and what was being misunderstood and when and it's like, everyone's trying to towntell themselves by blindly reading the thread and taking action without possibly having gotten the memo from a scumchat or doing what I think scum might do and take their time/read first before posting and voting
 
i think that it is a fair if assumptive statement to make that ipl would prefer escort over hooker as that word is notably more tone neutral which i'd hope would be the goal all things considered
 
im pretty sure skipper is town and pulsar is non-mafia

aside from unclesam, has anybody in the game townread pulsar? surely 13 players cant be wrong on their pulsar read right?

Yeah I agree with this, live catchup in that way is NAI style over substance and I don’t care for it much but understand it, too. Really is just a playstyle quirk.

I p much always catch up fully and then pick out the discussion topics I think are worth comment on. In particular, there’s some value in reading the full catch up and then remembering quotes to go back to that in my mind are the main posts in a given topic. It’s both good at realising my own mindset on the topic and for reading the quotes in a more unique context (recent but with more information)
 
I’m saying it like that bc I think I already said that to Sam and it also didn’t receive acknowledgment from him

I get why Sam doesn’t dialogue much I think but I’d prefer more :psytear:

i townread rostam d1 but the jalmont kill, this post being and their overall tone of d2 being quite defensive after catching some heat, i scumlean them now.

pulsar is still prob 3p from their behavior, especially because they were RBed and tracker is a 3p role. but them flipping town would be disasterous today

I'm not sure about AG, I honestly think the announce/vote interaction is so stupid that I want to vote him anyways but I'm gonna try and be somewhat rational
