I mean basically the distinction is just that 3p doesn’t actually have much more information than town do. Optimal play as an indie is to play as a member of the town, just one who is more resistant to dying for the cause.

Which is also part of why I don’t really feel pulsar’s indie eq because, y’know, she claimed info role out the gate and then tracker which is a super powerful role that mafia want to shoot very very quickly most of the time lol
