Also not 'parked' yet in that I don't want us to hammer without talking through things, but I don't envision a world where I vote anyone other than Zippy here, if that makes sense.

Blazade hit the nail on the head above regarding the other stuff so I don't really have much more to add.

False claiming a track on Zippy is not a winning strategy for 3p with 8 people alive and a vig in the game. True claiming a track on Zippy is also something a vampire could do here and it's like some kind of endgame where Sam tries to get me or tiger lynched. But I think really a vampire would want the mafia kill around for another cycle since there are too many confirmed town otherwise.

Sam is claiming Retributionist, a role that can copy any dead town member's roles once.

He used this ability to:

1: Use Jalmont's ability to redirect a fairy's BG protection to himself

2: use pulsar's tracker role on Zippy, claiming they visited AG, who died (which Zippy denies)

3: Copied neon's announcer ability


We're considering wether or not he's town or scum though, however from the looks of it, this appears like a town role, if he's describing it truly

Do you expect us to get a better understanding though? It's almost certainly a 3p thing that Realiti (or whoever) isn't just going to openly claim at this stage. I am all for leaving discussion open just to see whether maybe there's a random town roleblocker who false claimed or something but I think that's definitely less likely than the 3p just lying.

Also if you really think it's me as 3p then consider this:
- Do you really believe town has two announcers. If no, then Zippy must be mafia and I must be telling the truth about at least part of my role AND want the mafia to be voted today.
- Do I really want the mafia voted out as 3p here? Like what is my endgame plan at that stage.

Again, people should think through things clearly and consider all options and potential motivations.
