idk voting in the inactives feels weird cause to me that's like skip/etay/tiger/night who shouldn't necessarily be there but it feels right for him to be and like. when you subtract newbies and subtract skip for asking for sub we're just boxed into voting tiger
I mean this is all correct but it’s probably still optimal? Def disagree with Emerald being included it’s just the first 3 but at the end of the day we have to vote tiger at some point probably, because there are 2 subs and they will probably be being used on skipper and Etay, and he’s never catching a nk because of contribution so far and claiming vt
It’s a very boring and safe play but I think it’s outright optimal, even if I’m not necessarily expecting a red flip
also the transition of celever being pushed up to the point he felt he had to claim to him being self proclaimed town leader and everyone in thread seeming to jive with him feels awkward to me but I'm not sure whose fault that is
Even if tiger is town, scum use LHF in the mid game to survive days of heavy pressure on them and right now I think this has been one of the solviest D1s in a while (granted almost all of it in the last few hours) and we’re in a good spot so I think it’s a “could well be red and we’re gonna have to vote him if it is to find out” or it’s a net gain because of where the game is at rn

I think this makes sense but I think the push for the move being framed as optimal is a bit wolfy. swinging votes by appealing to specific ideals is something you've done as scum and this way of arguing for the vote reminds me of that
If you want the reason why, I realised after a whole bunch of thoughtless posting that I went town leader mode cos I had claimed immunity to nks already so fuck it I’m never getting shot until what, Night 5, let’s just roll and have a good time

I wasnt even necessarily saying it was something you did but it's a combination of your behavior + the way the current threadgroup interacted with you had completely changed
I'm specifically thinking of the neon push in lovers where you pushed it as the objectively right thing to do because of his play that game as an AtE thing
I think there’s a pretty good chance that that’s a mix of town vibing with me actually being productive, and scum responding to that town vibing with the same in order to try and fit in
and that's just a pretty dismissive and conjectural way to shoot down that argument

Those are super diff situations tbf literally the only way I could win Lover’s was if Neon and a fairy were voted out I had to do everything in order to try and make it happen

I think scum piggybacked on joey’s scumread of me to get me out because from their POV the neutral stuff I was saying in-thread about the mechanics was softing that I got a PR, backed by the knowledge they threw 2-3 votes on me
