Eh it differs but mostly yes

I saw Jake Hill live a few years ago cos my emo friend drove me and bought me the ticket and it was very joyous despite the musical content LOL even listen to a couple of their songs still

Ok true but I fr actually listened to MCR properly semi-recently partly cos Spotify decided it’s that entry-level emo for my rock and I had enough pre-existing emo stuff to suggest the transition

It’s very good I am becoming a MCR superfan LOL

Yeah, because of that Survivor got extended episode length because there wasn’t enough scripted content. That was also gonna apply to next season depending on how long the strike went for

yeah tbh like i listen to the black parade a little but honestly like. im not a mcr fan. i respect them a lot but i prefer the more pop punk and polished side of the emo. that or the midwest emo flavour that bands like modern baseball propagate, as opposed to the more punk vibe of mcr adn friends.

or waterparks i like waterparks

All valid yeah and I mean we talked about this before LOL (and soon after Spotify recommended me at least one Waterparks song that I added I think :blobglare: ) but I think I’m getting more into true punk as I get older which is like, the wrong direction maybe that’ll change if there’s a good ol revolution
