Is the Ditto hacked or legit? Sometimes badly hacked Ditto do not pass Nature.
 
One layer of toxic spikes inflicts normal poison on any pokes that aren't immune that switch in. Normal poison does 1/8th max hp damage per turn.
Two layers causes the toxic spikes to give bad poisoning. It starts at 1/16th per turn, but 1/16th is also added per turn... 1/16th, 2/16th, 3/16th etc. Switching resets bad poisoning, but the process starts again the next time the badly poisoned poke switches in.

Are the ditto and your game from the same version? if you breed a pokemon with a ditto from another version of the game it will not pass its nature.
By version I'm referring to the language of your game (japanese, english, spanish, etc)

Do everstone Dittos still have the possibility of passing down natures even if breeding with genderless pokemon?
 
Does anyone know the happiness of traded pokemon? Also how do you know when your pokemon has 0 happiness, is there someone who can tell you? What is the best way to get your pokemons happiness to 0.

Traded pokemon get 70 happiness. The best way to get it to hate you would faint it a lot in battles or using the bitter herbs (I don't remember their names, but they were sold in the city with the Dialga/Palkia statue by an old couple).
There was a person that told you how much the pokemon liked/hated you but I don't know if there is a particular saying for minimum happiness, also the poketch app shows 2 big hearts when the pokemon is at maximum happiness so maybe there is an equivalent for low happiness.

EDIT: Ah, it's Garvedoir-only. Then how come someone used a Wish Gallade on me the other day on Shoddy?
