i have never once seen a scum universal backup. uni backup would be very easy to out in a lie if he isnt backup. If neon were a backup with this role AND scum then there is probably a larger scum team than usual and it prob copies fallen mafia roles and not town roles.

im not the smartest cookie but i honestly think neon is like 95% town off of that claim.
