also we are all 3 italian,i speak all days with them,and i've understood that to breed shinies you should do 200 or more file.sav,check the ID/SID,and if the pid of a pkmn in an egg(for an example a timid monozu) is compatible with the ID/SID combo,you must only hatch the egg in the file.sav with ID/SID compatible

I've helped several people in the past about how to abuse in 3th gen. You're forgetting that people like to achieve something by theirselves, instead of lurking in the Give Away thread 24/7, which explains why I like it that you are making a guide about Emerald RNG.
But honestly, you have issues. You should make those save states because YOU want to produce shiny Pokémon, not to annoy me (Which isn't working anyways).
I actually start to like you more and more, as my name is mentioned in almost every post you make. It's a good thing you're motivated through me n___n

I like it that you're making a guide actually, as people will do the work themselves, it's only unfortunate that you're making a guide while you only know half of Emerald RNG.

The IVs that can be inherited from a parent will be different for each frame.
In general, for the first bunch of frames, the Researcher MTRNG output right shifted 27 frames 8-13 will be the base IVs in which the inherited IVs will overwrite.
So for like 10 frames, you should get the same base IVs but a bunch of different inherited IVs from the parents. Thus different PIDs and Natures.
MattJ said he was making a guide, I presume it will appear this weekend in its first form.
All dependent on the frame, which means the current seed. So they are all dependent on the initial seed.
So if you wait a little longer compared to the previous reset you will hit another frame and thus get a different nature and different PID. Everstones help a little but I'm not sure how that PID creation process works. There's no program to tell you what frame you will get a shiny / nature on.
