Only reaches up to like, 111 base speed, and do not overestimate its bulk. I wanted to fit endeavor in with sand support like in Gen 3, but it was not working.The plus side, if you beat someone

This would work for either a Terrakion or Togekiss spotlight. I used it for UUPL week 2; didn't bring in a win but that's more on my misplay than the team itself. Protect Terrakion helps for scouting Scarf Krook/Hydreigon/Latias and Band Scizor. Sets are adjustable though.
