This team looks to be fairly standard for OU until you take a look at the victini set. TR Victini is a set i think is being underutilized to the fact that z-celebrate has been running so rampant over the tier. Hey Joey! What I have here is a Nature Swap team. Has special Kartana with Vacuum Wave, Special Mega Scizor, physically defensive Latios, Choice Band Azumarill (this thing has 1176 attack!), a Ferrothorn that can hit like a truck, and a scarfed physical Volcanion.

For Nature Swap. Specs Regice. Not sure about some items, and not sure about the mega lopunny slot, but I like the coverage it gives. This is essentially just offense with Donphan for fast spins, ice shard to pick off sash/sturdy mons and gunk shot/fire fang for coverage and surprise KOs.
