Well.. I'm not using the RNG method. lol I just don't get it. :P I don't know if you need anything extra either for RNGing.. I've just got my DSi.
Basically I'm breeding with two high IV parents and hoping their stats will be inherited down. :P Checking their IV's 6 pokemon at a time in IV battles... -_-' I'm probably doing it horribly wrong.

Well, I think it would only be OU, UU, BL, Uber, NU, fully Redis, and Semi-redis if you can....
If you do the pokemons would be dragonite, hitmontop, Gallade, Rayquaza, Jumpluff, Zapdos, and Suicune, in the same order if you can....
