I'd recommend a 28HP/252Atk/228Spe Adamant spread for Gatr with Sub/DD/Return/Aqua Tail or Waterfall. you could also try a a bulky/bulky SD set, or even SD Kabutops with Aqua Jet/Stone Edge/Watefall or something. DD Gatr without Sub is just meh in my opinion.
