I've playtested this team and wow.. it is just amazing. Heatran has been the star of my team so far. Magma storm and Taunt just shuts so many things down. Keep Azelf because it can usually keep SR off for a while so Salamence can come in. The only problem with the team is strong EQ users...

Honestly in my experience, you should use choice specs latias if your going to choice him at all. It punches such huge holes in teams, especially on steel types, that you can make a runaway sweep with salamence. Between that, Uturn, and Scarf tar to clean up the pieces, you have a good team...

As for your hoping that machamp's stone edge hits.. it has no guard which will always make it hit. Also, I think you should add in either a Heatran, or a Ttar to solve your rotom problems. Both will add a fire resist which you said was trouble, while heatran has the added benefit of an immunity...

this is actually quite similar to my team.. especially if you add jirachi its a beast, and if you do add it, i think you should add in bulky gyara in place of suicune. It resists all of jirachi's weaknesses and with wish, gyara can come in relatively unscathed even with rocks. Not to mention...
