If you refuse to comply with the court then the court will have no other choice but to involve the TRI. You do know if the TRI gets involved it could affect your group.Do the right thing and keep this a simple court case BS.Do it for TRC.

You're still under the court's authority though.
If you want to be free of the courts authority you'll have to leave every group involved in the court.
