Hi Bitter.
I RNG'd my TID/SID on my White rom and I have the encounter slot for a shiny flawless reckless Bouffalant. Are you still looking for that pokemon? If so could I catch it for you? Also, I'll let you know if I can't do it because my shiny pid is on frame 54, I tried to catch one with a shiny pid of 59 on one of my other save files but my starting pid was 66 because of the NPCs but hopefully that isn't the case with the spread that I RNG'd to be shiny.
