Oh okay. But do their iv sets still stay the same even if they get transfered to the 5th gen. from using the pokeshifter?
So if the PIDs and the IVs are unset, does that mean the 4th gen. pokemons' iv sets will change when they get transferred to the 5th gen.?

I'm gonna start iv breeding my own pokemon in the 5th gen. soon or later after I have rng'd a few of my own pokemon in the 4th gen.

Hey, do you know how I can check the PID of an egg in Emerald (other than making a save state, hatching it, migrating it to gen 4 and opening it in pokesav)? I'm using windows vista and RSEdecode keeps crashing when I try to open it, even after I try to run it as an administrator or run command prompt as an administrator and then open RSEdecode from there...
