Depends how fed up you are with SRing. It's quite good, but you can probably SR for one with better Sp Atk/Speed and a good nature if you have enough patience.

Use this: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pok%C3%A9mon_by_base_stats Handy too because you can order it from biggest to smallest for all stats and totals. The Kyogre's Sp Atk and Speed seem sort of low imo.

I believe you get it from Jasmine (Gym leader from GSC iirc) in the north of Sunyshore after defeating the Sunnyshore Gym Leader.

There's a guy under Veilstone who has 3 Seakings (near level 60 IIRC) who you can verse with the VS Seeker. If your poke is traded and is holding a Lucky Egg, you'll be getting a tonneload of exp. Only annoying thing is sometimes he hardly responds at all. Or you can just clone candies in...

Do you mean before it evolves? :heart: If so, that's a relief because that means I can just evolve my Teddy to an Ursaring to keep Guts (if it'll have Quick Feet in DP)

A few questions about migrating pokes. 1) When migrating a poke that has a new ability in DP that doesn't exist in Adv, there is a chance that its ability will change, right? 2) If so, does this change randomly for the pokemon? Basically, if I clone the same poke a few times, migrate them all...

I don't think you can actually check the poges you swap for. The only information you get is from the moves it used against you and possibly the item if its an activated one. Normally I just pick up good looking ones along the way, if I was cursed with bad luck at the start and got some crappy...

@Carlos: A poge with Suction Cups, or an Ingrained poke can't be phazed. Or if it's the last poke on your team it can't be phazed either. Where in Emerald is the guy at the Frontier who you can bet BP with? Are there any requirements to bet with him?
