Yeah, I fainted it first time round then caught it second.
It's a stationary legend requiring Method K. I don't think NPCs are a problem in the Burned Tower. They weren't for me at least.

I have a list of all the hexflawless/flawless spreads (Modest, Timid, Adamant, and Jolly), a list of all the Hidden Power spreads that I use, and right now I'm working on the Hidden Power "twin" spreads that you can get if you ID/SID abuse (which I will be starting this week to get shiny flawless Pokes). :)

It's the same spread, with HP Electric 70, except it's Timid nature.

Just a Suicune, it was the exact spread I was looking for but couldn't find it. Finally found it using Wichu's RNG program.
I will most likely catch it and have it by tonight. :P
Ahhh! The calibrated delay is wrong and your wanted seconds is too high.
If your using HG/SS to rng abuse, the calibrated delay has to be 480 on the pikatimer. If you're using Platinum to rng abuse, the calibrated delay has to be 600 on the pikatimer.
I usually use 15 or 14 seconds in the wanted second slot on the pikatimer and so do most other players. So I think you should try either put 14 or 15 secondes in the wanted seconds slot on the pikatimer.
After you finish correcting the Calibrated Delays and seconds, and the Wanted delays and seconds, click on the create timer button on the pikatimer. -
