In 5th Gen? Then yes, I can easily do everything else you request (minus Stealth Rock and Signal Beam). Is that fine with you?
Ah, I see...well, the thing is, I'm not good at 4th Gen breeding. I've only had a few successes with flawless breeds and it becomes time consuming.
If it were a capture project in 4th Gen, I could do it easily. Otherwise, my strongest forte is 5th Gen Breeding/Capturing.
I still have to get the parents for your BP, so I'll get them when I get back home. :D
