Actually pokemon online is a simulator that you make pokemon teams and battle with others from all over the world. When you are in the teambuilder you see the Iv's of the pokemon. That's how you check them. Just google it and find it.

Its isnt possible to have them shiny in entralink.:(
But if its female then you can breed them.
Else in entralink you can have good ivs.
